How do I use the iON2?

iON2 charges your USB-powered device (iPod, mp3 player or maybe even your mobile phone) through the standard AC supply socket. So, plug one end into the wall socket and the other end (the USB port end) to your device. And voila! Your device charges.

Note that the iON2 does not have a battery, it is powered through a standard electrical wall socket.

How is the iON2 different from any existing charger?

The most important feature of iON2 is that it is a very reliable product at a very affordable price. It protects your device from electrical surges and allows you the comfort of using the device while it is charging. You can use the iON2 with any device that charges through the USB port (e.g. mp3 players, new generation mobile phones).

Why should I buy it?

Because it allows you to charge your device without you having to switch on your PC or laptop. Because it can be conveniently used with multiple devices with a single charger. ion2 is certified as a CE marked product.
We have gained confidence on the reliability of the product after extensive testing that we have done on it.

How are you vouching for the quality of the product for a lower amount when a typical charger from the manufacturer costs 3-4 times more?

The very reason that we came up with a product like this was that the original charger was too expensive. We wanted something that was reliable, inexpensive and at the same time protects the device. Hence, the key driving points were affordability and reliability.

What is the warranty/guarantee on the product?

We are currently working towards making the iON2 available in stores near you.
However, you buy the iON2 online right now and we'll ship it to you for free.

How do I buy it online?

  2. Update the quantity and click on 'Checkout'
  3. Enter your email address and click 'Continue'
  4. Fill in your address and other details and click on 'Continue'
  5. Review your details and click on 'Place your order'
  6. It takes you to the CCAvenue site.
  7. Fill in all the details and select your method of payment and submit it.
  8. Click on 'Pay now'

What are the other devices it can charge?

The iON2 USB charger can charge any device that can charge of a computer USB. Including iPhones, Blackberry phones, Nokia Smart phones etc.

Quick test would be, connect your device to a PC and see if it charges. If it does, go and order an ION2 :)

How long will it take for the iON2 to be delivered?

We usually ship in 2-3 days, and we will notify you once the product has been shipped.
